These terms apply to the use of the Lexicon website. The service itself, the booking app for your salon, comes under the contract we sign with your salon.

Who we are

This website belongs to LEXICON TASKFORCE SRL, tax ID 46908853, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under J2022019135403, with its office at Str. Luica 168, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania. You can write to us at [email] or call us at [phone].

What the website offers

The website presents Lexicon, the booking app for beauty salons, and its prices. From here you can ask for a quote or a demo, and salons with a contract sign in to their account.

The examples on the website, such as the calendar, the names of clients and specialists and the figures on the owner's screen, are made up and show what the app looks like.

Prices and quotes

Prices on the website are in RON per month and depend on the plan, the number of specialists and, for the Network plan, the number of locations. LEXICON TASKFORCE SRL is not registered for VAT. If it registers for VAT, VAT at the legal rate will be added to the prices from the date of registration.

The calculator on the pricing page gives an estimate. We are bound by the written quote we send you, within the validity period stated in it, and then by the signed contract. The contract runs for 12 months. Paying yearly, you pay 10 months and get 12. The branded setup costs 1,500 RON, once, when paying monthly for the Salon and Network plans.

If a price on the website differs from the one in your quote or contract, the quote or contract applies.

The salon's account

Accounts are not created on the website. Access details are handed over when the contract is signed. Keep the password to yourself and tell us straight away at [email] if you think someone else has used it.

Using the website

You can use the website to learn about Lexicon and to contact us. You may not try to block it, get into accounts that are not yours or send bulk requests through the forms. We automatically limit requests sent too often from the same address.

In the forms you send true details about yourself and the salon. What we do with them is described in the privacy policy.

Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the website correct and the website working, but it can contain mistakes or be unavailable for a while. For the paid service, our liability is the one set out in the contract.

The website links to other websites, for example Google or the Romanian data protection authority. We are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle a disagreement amicably. If that fails, it goes to the competent courts in Romania.

If we change these terms, we publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
