This page explains what personal data we receive through this website, what we use it for, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

This website belongs to LEXICON TASKFORCE SRL, tax ID 46908853, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under J2022019135403, with its office at Str. Luica 168, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania. We decide what happens to the data sent through the website, so we are its controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

For any question about your data, write to us at [email] or call us at [phone].

What data we receive

We only receive data when you send it to us through the forms on this website.

Quote and demo requests

You give us your name, phone number, email address, the salon's name and the city. If you want, you can add your role in the salon, the type of salon, the company's name and tax ID, the software you use for bookings now, a message and, for a demo, the time that would suit you. With a quote request we also receive what you chose in the price calculator: the plan, the number of specialists and locations, and how you pay. We also keep the date you agreed to be contacted.

Signing in

The sign-in page sends your username and password straight to the Lexicon app, so you can open your salon's account. The website does not keep them.

Technical data

The server sees your device's IP address. We use it to limit requests sent too often from the same address, and it appears in the web server's logs. The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools.

The website's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address. What Google does with it is described in Google's privacy policy.

What we use it for

We use the data from the forms to answer you: to call you, send you the quote or arrange the demo. The legal basis is your request to take these steps before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you tick in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use the IP address to protect the website from abuse, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who sees it

Your request goes into Lexicon's internal sales app, where the agent handling it and the administrators can see it. The app runs on a server rented from [hosting provider], which stores the data for us and does not use it for anything else.

We do not pass the data to other companies, except where the law requires it, for example at the request of an authority.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we keep the data from your request for [period to be filled in] and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as the contract runs and then for as long as the law requires for accounting records.

The web server's logs, with IP addresses, are kept for [period to be filled in].

You can ask us at any time to delete your data sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us:

You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. What we did before that stays lawful.

Write to us at [email] and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) at dataprotection.ro.

Data of salon clients

This page is about the data sent through the website. When a salon uses the Lexicon app, the bookings and its clients' data belong to the salon. The salon decides what happens to them, and we process them only on its behalf, under the contract signed with the salon. Clients who want to know what happens to their data should ask the salon they book with.

How to delete an account in the client app is explained on the Deleting your account page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
